Every plan sells and gets paid — bigger plans run more of the business: the storefront, invoicing, automation and your team. No setup fee, no lock-in, cancel any time.
Shown in USD. The country on your account decides what you are actually billed in, and you will see the exact amount before you commit to anything. Prices exclude any tax we are required to charge on our supply to you, and your payment gateway's own processing fee is separate and goes to them.
Selling and getting paid is never behind a tier. Every plan — including Free — gets the full checkout, all 27 integrations, unlimited orders and customers, and real human support. Bigger plans add the storefront, invoicing, marketing automation and your team.
It is the one thing that changes between Free and paid. Here is exactly what it costs.
You pay 2% of each completed sale. It is accrued per sale and billed to your card — never deducted from a buyer's payment, because that money goes straight into your own gateway and never passes through us.
0%. Nothing per sale, at any volume. You pay the plan price and keep every cent of what you sell — so the more you grow, the less Paysana costs you as a share of revenue.
Break-even is simply the plan price divided by 2% — above $600 of monthly sales, Starter already costs you less than staying Free. Unpaid fees are billed when the balance reaches $50 or at the end of the cycle, whichever comes first.
Buy a pack when you need one. No subscription change, and packs stay valid for 12 months.
Order receipts, shipping notices, refund notices and every other transactional email are never metered — they always send, even at a zero balance. WhatsApp messages leave through your own connected provider, so we don't charge for those either.

Your buyers pay straight into your own gateway — Paysana never touches the money, so there is nothing for us to deduct. The 2% is accrued per sale and billed to your card, either when the balance reaches $50 or at the end of your 30-day cycle. Refunded sales net back out, so a refunded order owes exactly nothing. Upgrade to any paid plan and accrual stops instantly.
Yes. Every plan — Free included — can raise support tickets from the dashboard and read the full guides library, and a person answers them. The only difference on Business is that your tickets are answered first when there is a queue. We don't think help with the product you're paying us nothing for should be a paid extra.

Yes — that is the point. You connect an account you own from 10 supported providers, and settlements land in your bank on that provider's own schedule. You can connect two: a default and a backup that takes over automatically if the default has an outage. Their processing fee is separate from anything here and goes to them.
Credits meter only marketing sends — blasts, after-sale sequences and buyer reminders at 1 credit per email — plus AI landing-page drafts at 1,200 credits each. Transactional email is never metered and always sends. Every plan refreshes its allowance each billing cycle, and allowances do not roll over. If you run out, a blast is held as a draft rather than sending partially, and you can buy a pack or switch on auto top-up.
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — that is 2 months free, charged once up front. You can switch between monthly and yearly, or between plans, at any time from your Billing page.
Any time, self-serve, no phone call. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading keeps all of your data — features the lower plan doesn't carry simply pause, and everything you set up switches back on the moment you upgrade again. There are no lock-in periods and no cancellation charges.
Nothing is deleted, and no live payment link ever breaks — forms that are already published keep selling. Features the lower plan doesn't include go quiet instead: the storefront comes off the air (buyers keep their receipts), affiliate links stop earning new commissions, scheduled blasts hold as drafts, and team members can't sign in until you upgrade. Your products, orders, customers and settings all stay exactly as you left them.
Not for the Free plan — sign up with an email and start selling. A card is only needed when you choose a paid plan, buy a credit pack, or accrue transaction fees on Free. Recurring charges accept Visa and Mastercard only, because a card is the one method that can be charged again automatically.
You take it with you. Orders, customers, transactions, invoices and event attendees all export to CSV from your dashboard whenever you want, with no export fee and no waiting period.
