What each status means, and how payouts actually reach you.
A commission is recorded when a referred order is paid. It then moves through a few states before it becomes money in your account.
Every referred order is listed with what it earned and its status: pending while it settles, cleared once it is payable, paid out once it has been sent, and reversed if the buyer was refunded.
If a buyer is refunded, the commission on that order is reversed automatically. That is not a penalty — the sale simply did not stand.
Payouts shows what has cleared, what is still pending, and the minimum balance the business pays out at. Below that minimum, your balance rolls over to the next run rather than disappearing.
When the business runs a payout, cleared commissions are sent to the payout method on your settings. Automatic methods arrive directly; bank transfers are queued for the business to send manually and show as on the way.
