Take everything with you, and how closing works if you decide to leave.
Your data is yours. You can download all of it at any time, and if you want to leave you can close the account yourself — no support ticket, no waiting.
Settings then Your data and closing has an Export JSON button. It gives you one file with your products, orders, customers, invoices and transactions. Amounts are in the smallest unit of your currency with the currency named, so nothing can be misread. Per-page CSVs are on Orders, Customers and Transactions if you would rather have spreadsheets.
You type your account email and your password, and you are shown the real number of products, orders, customers and invoices that will be destroyed. That is deliberate — it is the last chance to notice something you did not expect.
Your checkout, storefront and payment links close immediately and your plan stops renewing. We do not keep taking money for an account you are closing.
Nothing is deleted until then, and one button reopens everything. After 30 days your data, uploaded files and connected gateway credentials are destroyed and cannot be recovered.
