How you are charged, what credits are for, and what happens if you run out.
There are two separate things to understand: your plan, which is what you pay us monthly or yearly, and your credits, which meter marketing sends and AI drafts.
Change plan, switch between monthly and yearly, and manage the cards we charge — all from Billing. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading keeps all your data, and features the lower plan does not carry simply pause — live payment links keep selling, and everything switches back on when you upgrade again.
On Free, a small percentage of each completed sale is accrued and billed to your card — never deducted from a buyer’s payment, because that money goes into your own gateway. Refunded sales net back out. On any paid plan it is zero.
Credits meter marketing email and AI landing-page drafts. Your plan grants an allowance each cycle which does not roll over, and you can buy top-up packs that stay valid for twelve months. Transactional email is never metered.
Switch on auto top-up and a pack is bought automatically when a balance drops below your threshold. Without it you get a low-balance warning instead, and a blast that would exceed your balance is held as a draft rather than sending partially.
