Put your checkout and shop on pay.yourbrand.com instead of a paysana.co address.
A custom domain is a paid add-on that moves your storefront and every payment link onto an address you own. Buyers see your brand the whole way through, which matters most at the moment they are typing card details.
Use something like pay.yourbrand.com or shop.yourbrand.com. We deliberately refuse a bare root domain: pointing yourbrand.com here would take your existing website offline, and that is not damage we can undo for you.
Your domain page shows both, with copy buttons. A TXT record proves the domain is yours; a CNAME sends visitors to us. Both are required — the TXT alone proves ownership but routes nothing, and the CNAME alone would let anyone who guessed your address claim it.
DNS changes can take up to an hour to appear. Once both records are visible we start issuing the HTTPS certificate, which usually takes a few minutes. Your links stay on your paysana.co address the whole time, so nothing breaks while you wait.
The moment the certificate is ready, every payment link, your storefront and your receipts start using the new address. Your old paysana.co links keep working, so anything you already shared is safe.
